Ford’s BLIS Can Save Lives

Thousands of crashes occur each year simply because one driver did not see the other. Drivers can be as careful as they please but if another vehicle is in their blind spot they have no way of knowing they are there. That is until now.

We here at Formula Ford Lincoln in Rutland would like to introduce you to Ford’s brand new Blind Spot Information System or BLIS. BLIS informs the driver when there is a driver in their blind spot allowing you to “see” them even if you can’t physically see the other car. This is the top of the line technology in vehicle safety on the market today. It works by being able to sense vehicles that are in your blind spot and alert you to their presence before it’s too late.
