Ford Has a Winner in the 2017 Fusion

The Fusion’s entry-level engine — a 2.5-liter four-cylinder — is, simply put, superb.

Matching with a six-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive, the base four-cylinder makes a hearty 175 horsepower and 175 pound-feet of torque.

Also of note is this engine’s fuel economy, as it’s expected to return 25 mpg combined (21 city/32 highway).
